From on-site pet play areas to private pet yards in select homes, Mercantile River District rolls out the welcome mat for your four-legged family. And with the Trinity Trails just steps from the West Fork Trinity River, riverside walks come standard for you and your pup.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
